Returns:
Thanks for shopping with The Jigstore! We're confident that you will be very happy with your purchase from us. However, if you are not totally satisfied, you may return your purchase to us within 7 days of purchase for either an exchange for another product, or a store credit (excluding shipping cost).
Sorry, we don't offer refunds due to change in mind.
Returned items must be in brand new, unopened / unused condition and in original packaging.
Please contact us to arrange a return. Note that return delivery is at your cost, and The Jigstore is not liable for damage or the loss of a product being returned. We recommend you use a tracked courier service when returning items.
Faulty Goods or Products Damaged in Transit:
We carefully check the quality of our products prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event a product received is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
To help us deal with your query efficiently, please provide your order number and photos of the damaged product(s) if applicable.
In the event you do return an item and the fault is accepted by The Jigstore, we will refund the cost of the return shipping and either; send a replacement, provide a store credit, or make a full refund.
In any case we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
