How do I earn Puzzle Pieces?
There are several ways to earn Puzzle Pieces:

Earn 5 Puzzle Pieces for every $1 spent (excluding shipping)
Earn 200 Puzzle Pieces for signing up to our Rewards program
Earn 100 Puzzle Pieces for following us on Facebook
Earn 100 Puzzle Pieces for following us on Instagram
Earn 500 Puzzle Pieces for sharing us on Facebook

What can I redeem Puzzle Pieces for?
Puzzle Pieces can be redeemed as follows:

Every 100 Puzzle Pieces redeemed gives you $1 discount on your order, e.g. 500 Puzzle Pieces = $5 discount
Redeem 800 Puzzle Pieces for Free Shipping

Is there a limit on how many Puzzle Pieces I can earn?
No, there is no limit.

When do the Puzzle Pieces expire?
There is no expiration date on Puzzle Pieces earned.

Can I earn Puzzle Pieces for orders I made before joining?
No, Puzzle Pieces can only be earned for orders made after joining.

Why did I not get my referral credit?
If the person you referred ordered and then cancelled their order, the earned referral credit will be deducted from your account. If we suspect that the referral isn't legit, we reserve the right to cancel referral credits.

Can I use my Puzzle Pieces during checkout?
Yes, log into the Reward program, select your choice of Reward and it will be applied to your order.

How do I join the Rewards program?
Simply click the Rewards button on the bottom right hand corner and sign up to be a member. If you are already a member, you are automatically signed up!

How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to be a part of the rewards program, send us an email at hello@thejigstore.co.nz. Any collected Puzzle Pieces will be forfeited when you leave the program.

Can I transfer my Puzzle Pieces to another member?
No, sorry Puzzle Pieces cannot be transferred to another member.

What if I've already accomplished some of the ways to earn?
If you were already an existing member, we have added 200 points to your account (the amount for signing up for an account). If you have already liked us on Facebook or Instagram, you can unlike and redo the earning task to get the points.

Puzzle Pieces are only valid on TheJigstore.co.nz. In the event that The Jigstore is no longer operating, Puzzle Pieces are null and void. The Jigstore reserves the right to end the Rewards program at any time at which point any outstanding Pieces must be used by an expiration date.
